Parishioner Discount
Registered and active parishioners of Richmond Diocese Parishes receive a $750 discount off tuition for each child enrolled in K-12 at Roanoke Catholic School.

Tuition for Siblings
A family is charged graded tuition for a maximum of three children in grades K-12. For the second child, deduct $250 from that child’s total tuition; for the third child, deduct $500 from that child’s total tuition; for the fourth and additional siblings, excluding Pre-K, pay a flat rate of $750 each.

Other Fees
Depending on your child’s year in school and/or extracurricular or academic interests, other fees may include — but are not limited to — athletic fees ($250.00 per child per season), class dues, uniform expenses, AP/Dual Enrollment tuition, etc. Cafeteria expenses are also NOT included in tuition. Students may purchase meals at school or may choose to pack.

Tuition is prorated from the start date for those who enroll after the first day of school.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is need-based and all families are eligible to apply, regardless of religious affiliation, with students in Grades Kindergarten – 12th Grade. Interested families are welcome to apply online through the RCS website. Families must complete the online application through FACTS, upload all supporting documentation, and pay a $40 processing fee to be considered for financial aid.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:

Payment in full – made by July 1.
Payment over ten installments: Monthly payments beginning July through April, via FACTS Tuition Management.
Payment over eleven installments: Monthly payments beginning June through April, via FACTS Tuition Management.

To reduce monthly payments, families may make an additional payment in May.

It is the Principal/Head of School’s right and sole discretion to dismiss or suspend any student for lack of progress or for conduct by the student, his/her parent(s) or guardian that is not in the best interest of the student and/or of the school (action of the Diocesan School Board 6/10/2004, Essential Element #4). Refund policy applies. In addition, students may be dismissed if financial payments are 60 days in arrears.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Afterschool Care for students in Early Learners – 7th Grade is available from dismissal until 6:00 PM. The program includes physical activity and free play, snack, and homework assistance. No students may be freely roaming about the campus without supervision. Please sign up for After School Care during the enrollment process.
